Serving Others @ Crozet UMC
The Bible is quite clear throughout the Old and New Testaments that God wants us to care about and care for those around us in the community and the world with needs, both physical and spiritual. The well-being of a society is linked to the well-being of each individual member.
This is the Food Pantry, social action, and community involvement. This is missionaries and missions. This is touching lives for Jesus' sake.
For 25 years, Crozet United Methodist Church has been a leader in feeding the hungry, distributing over 30,000 pounds of food each year. Box packing for our Food Pantry is the Friday before the third Saturday of each month at 5:30 p.m. This is a great program for adults, youth, and kids.
The Food Pantry is open the third Saturday of each month from 7:00 - 9:00 a.m. The Food Pantry is also open the Fourth Wednesday from 9:00-11:00 am. (The Pantry will be closed the Fourth Wednesday of July.)
